How long is mass production lead time?
7-10 days for regular items, 12-15 days for complex items and special plating after sample confirmation.
Do you charge for samples? How many days for sampling?
New mold needs sample & mold cost, which will be refunded after bulk order. Existing designs free sampling, sampling time 2-3 days.
What plating processes do you offer?
We mainly provide water electroplating and PVD vacuum plating.
What is the difference between water plating and PVD plating?
Water plating is cost-effective with thick coating. PVD plating is wear-resistant, anti-rust and anti-fading, suitable for high-end hardware.
How do you control product quality?
Full inspection from raw material, stamping, polishing, plating to finished goods. We conduct salt spray, vibration, tension and force tests strictly to avoid burr, deformation and coating peeling.
